Effective date: 7 April 2026
1. Service Description
TradeOS provides an automated lead recovery and follow-up system designed specifically for trade businesses including electricians, plumbers, builders, and other contractors operating in Australia.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Missed call text-back automation
- Lead capture and CRM pipeline management
- Automated SMS and email follow-up sequences
- Booking and scheduling integrations
- Revenue recovery workflows
- Reporting and performance dashboards
TradeOS is built on the GoHighLevel / LeadConnector platform and delivered as a managed service. We configure, maintain, and optimise the system on your behalf.
2. Subscription Terms
TradeOS is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans are as follows:

- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Billing commences upon completion of setup and onboarding
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- TradeOS reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing clients
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
3. Setup and Onboarding
Upon signing up, TradeOS will conduct an onboarding process to configure your system. This includes:
- A kickoff call to gather business information and requirements
- Configuration of your CRM, pipelines, and automation sequences
- Integration with your existing phone number or provisioning of a new one
- Testing of all workflows before going live
- A handover walkthrough so you understand how the system operates
Setup typically takes 5–10 business days from receipt of all required information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may extend this timeline.
Note: A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the complexity of your configuration. This will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a TradeOS client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information during onboarding and throughout the engagement
- Ensure that your contacts have validly consented to receive automated SMS and email communications from your business
- Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999
- Not use the TradeOS system to send unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful communications
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the TradeOS platform or its underlying systems
- Promptly notify TradeOS of any issues, errors, or concerns with the system's operation
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you
5. Our Responsibilities
TradeOS agrees to:
- Configure and maintain your automation system to the agreed specification
- Use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain system uptime and performance
- Respond to support requests within 1 business day
- Notify you promptly of any significant system outages or issues affecting your account
- Keep your data secure and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Results Disclaimer: TradeOS provides tools and automation to improve lead follow-up and recovery. However, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead conversion rates, or business results. Results depend on factors outside our control including your market, pricing, response times, and the quality of your services. Any case studies or examples shared are illustrative and not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
6. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the subscription by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. Notice must be sent to:
- To cancel your subscription: Email nick@gettradeos.com.au with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]"
- TradeOS cancelling your account: We will provide 30 days' written notice via email to your registered address, except in cases of material breach where immediate termination may apply
During the notice period, services will continue to operate. Upon cancellation, access to the TradeOS system will be deactivated and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy
- Setup fees: Non-refundable once setup work has commenced
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for monthly subscription fees already paid. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will continue until the end of the paid period
- Pro-rata cancellation: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a significant service failure on our part), TradeOS may at its sole discretion issue a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period
- Disputes: If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at nick@gettradeos.com.au
8. Intellectual Property
The ownership of intellectual property is divided as follows:
- TradeOS owns: The system design, automation templates, workflows, processes, methodology, branding, and all platform configuration created by TradeOS
- You own: Your business data, contact lists, leads, customer information, and any content you provide to us
- Licence to operate: TradeOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the configured system for the duration of your subscription
- No transfer: Cancellation of your subscription does not transfer ownership of TradeOS workflows or system configurations to you
You grant TradeOS a limited licence to use your business name, logo, and provided materials solely for the purpose of configuring and operating your system.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TradeOS's total liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim
- TradeOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity
- TradeOS is not liable for any downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe, etc.) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through open communication.
