- Data retention: We retain your data for as long as you are a client, plus any period required by law. Upon cancellation, you may request deletion of your personal data.

As part of our service, TradeOS operates automated SMS follow-up campaigns on your behalf to your leads and customers. The following applies:
- Consent: SMS messages are only sent to contacts who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications from your business
- Opt-out: All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from further messages
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your contacts have validly consented to receive SMS communications from your business
- Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your configured automation sequences
